@Hughlettabig1,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Your HP Envy 700-215xt (F9A62AV), according to: https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c04094823, is fitted with the Memphis-B motherboard with SSID: 2AF7, which is 24-pin ATX-power enabled, meaning you could swap the stock 300-watt power supply with any industry standard ATX power supply, providing you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit.

It depends what you are going to use your graphics card for.  Gaming?  You probably want to upgrade your power supply, as many of these HP Envy 700-215xt Users have done: UserBenchmark: HP 700-215xt Compatible Components.

If, however, you just want an OK graphics card with two video ports -if you don't mind one HDMI and one DisplayPort, this Asus Nvidia GTX 1050 Ti 4GB GDDR5 card would be a good option: https://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Geforce-Phoenix-Graphics-PH-GTX1050TI-4G/dp/B01M360WG6/ref=sr_1_1?crid=P....  If you want to go very inexpensive, this low-end VisionTek Radeon 7750 2GB GDDR5 graphics card has two HDMI ports: VisionTek Radeon 7750 SFF 1GB DDR3 3M (2x HDMI, miniDP) Graphics Card - 900574 (amazon.com).

Hope this was helpful.

Kind Regards,
