Hi, i have hp pavilion×360 dh100nx model,what if im removed my HHD drive and input m.2 slot ssd 500gb, can i work same as previous without hhd .

suggest me please

Hi:

 

If this is your model...

 

HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1000nx Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

...it has a M.2 slot that supports both SATA and NVMe SSD's, according to chapter 1 of the service manual.

 

HP only has the manual for the older model series on your notebook's support page.

If you want, you can also leave the hard drive installed and use it for storage, but you have to remove Windows from the 2.5" drive, or the notebook won't boot from the SSD.

 

If you want to completely remove the 2.5" drive and just use a M.2 SSD, that would also be fine.
