I need more ram.

Now I  have 6 GB.

Can I plug in more Ram in my motherboard  Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua)?

I running windows 11. The ram is always more then 73%. 

If I upgrade the ram  just 4 GB, do the performance of my pc will increase?
