You need this driver for that device...

 

This package contains the Intel Management Engine Software version 11.0 for the supported Workstation models and operating systems. This package installs the latest Management Engine Interface (MEI) and Serial-Over-LAN (SOL) drivers, as well as Intel Management and Security Status (IMSS), to support Intel Active Management Technology (AMT) versions 8.x and 9.x.

The above driver installs two devices...the intel management interface engine (IMEI)  and the driver for the PCI serial port.

 

W10 normally installs a newer IMEI driver than the one on your PC's support page.

 

If you run the driver and you get a message that you are trying to install an older version of the driver, then manually install the driver.
