Just to let you know that your PC's processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.

If you currently have W10 installed and if you are interested in installing W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video:

How to install Windows 11 24H2 on Unsupported PC (Early Access) 2024 (youtube.com)

Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below.  The top line is for 64 bit.

7-Zip

You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.

Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.

That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.

If your PC does not have W10 installed, you have to use the free Rufus utility to build a bootable W11 flash drive with the W11 ISO file.

There are some settings you need to make that bypass W11's hardware checks or W11 will not install.

You want to leave the partition scheme set to GPT because the person in the video must have an older PC that does not support UEFI.  Yours does.

You can use the latest Rufus utility from the link below:

https://rufus.ie/en/

To boot from the USB installer, turn on or restart the PC.

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the USB flash drive and press the enter key.

Try setting the file system to NTFS in the Rufus menu.

SWITCH FROM FAT32 TO NTFS right?

What about MBR OR GBPT?

Yes, switch from FAT32 to NTFS and since your PC has a UEFI BIOS, it supports GPT and secure boot, so leave the partition scheme on GPT.
