i have a hp pavilion dv6-6c29wm and from what i have read it can only handle 6gb of ram,wich is what i have but can i change the clock speed using faster ram,im new to this so i hope i got the wording right,also,can i upgrade the ram or is 6gb all it will handle

According to the product specs for your notebook, the max supported memory is 2 x 8 GB.

The fastest speed the memory will run at is 1333 MHz according to the manual.
