I have loaded windows server 2003 64 bit on my n40l micro server

the ethernet driver is missing where will i get one that is compatible

You're very welcome.

 

The specs for the n40l microserver indicate that it has an Embedded NC107i PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Server Adapter.

If you look at the driver setup information file, it shows driver support for that model ethernet adapter.
