I bought this brand new and it wont let me access emails or get emails because it said my driver is out of date I want to know how I can solve this and if the driver is out of date

Lets get the basic questions out of the way.  Some might be foolish to you, but answer, please.

1) When you set it up, did you use the email address or phone number scheme?

2) Are you able to go on the internet?

3) What is your email provider?  gmail,  yahoo, hotmail?

4) Access via provider site, or via Outlook email, or local internet provider?

5) Did you remember to "ADD" the email account?    Including server names, if asked?
