i need to exchange my product to hp pavilian from hp 3001 am facing problem with hp 3001

product is hp 3001 laptop and having some trouble facing during the using of laptop so replace my product with another one

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you purchase the product from HP or from different store? If its from different store you can check with them as store offer 14 to 21days return policy. 
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
