Hello,

I want to know if my motherboard support SSD SATA like( 870 Evo ) Samsung 

because I wanna upgrade my PC

Yes, apparently your computer came with a Hard Drive - GNRC, 2TB 7200RPM SATA III 3.5" installed from the factory.  You can add a Samsung EVO 870 using one of the extra SATA ports on the motherboard or replace the SATA III HDD.  A better option would be to add a M.2, SSD, drive.  They are much faster and easier to install.  There is one M.2 socket 3, key M socket on the motherboard.  The key M allows you to use a NVMe M.2, SSD.  You don't even need to use any cables with the M.2.  The current HDD can be used for storage.  Here is an example of a M.2 that should work: https://www.newegg.com/samsung-970-pro-1tb/p/N82E16820147694

Can I use three drives at the same time? 
I already bought m.2 980 pro-Samsung 500 gb

And this is not enough and I didn't use it yet

And I wanna buy SSD 870 Evo,

Because my Pc it's very slow.

Yes, you can use three drives.  However, only one of them can be the boot drive and have the operating system installed on it.  The best drive for this would be the M.2 because it is much faster than a HDD.  Here is a HP Knowledge Base article to help you make the transition from a HDD to a M.2, SSD.
