HP24-dp0813in all in one desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an HP all in one model HP24-dp0813in. I want to disable the need to press Fn key whenever I need to use F1 to F 12 keys.

There is no option in the BIOS to make the change. Tried using Fn+Shift+ctrl - does not work.

Surprised that HP have created this problem in one of their premium models and have no answer.

HP customer care are totally useless.

Can someone suggest a solution.

thanks

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

There are no options in BIOS to change those Action Keys settings. This is by design

Thank you
