Just purchased a new 27" pavilion all-in one. I haven't been successful in getting the wireless mouse or keyboard to work. I've had to use my old wireless keyboard and  mouse by installing a usb wireless adapter. What is the solution to get these devices to work.

Without the specific model number, we can not look up any information on your PC.

If it is brand new, there is the possibility that the keyboard and mouse are BlueTooth (BT) not WiFi -- and if that is the case, there would be no "dongle" that plugs into the PC; instead, BT would be built-in and the devices automatically paired.

Since you have the WiFi keyboard and mouse working, you should check in settings to see if Bluetooth is there and if so, see if you can pair the keyboard and mouse.

Look in your keyboard packaging for a usb wireless adapter to plug into the back of the Pavillion.

Thank you for your assistance. I checked my settings and it was set to Bluetooth, so I unplugged the dongle and re-booted with no success. I also changed out the batteries and made sure new ones were installed. My keyboard model number is HSApoo3K
