Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i was buyed hp pavilion desktop p6-2070in in 2011 but but after few year i was off my pc and keepit but now day i am opened but and on it but its shows keyboard error i can't gone in bios etc. please help

And if that doesn't help, you may want to perform a hard reset using the below steps and get back to me with the results:

 

Ensure your device is OFF.

Unplug all the external devices (If any).

Disconnect the power from the computer

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Connect the power supply

Press the power button to turn on your device and check if the issue persists.
