Hi @deap1016

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

Because of the nature of LCD technology, a certain number of dots (pixels) might not be displayed correctly. If the display has too many pixel defects within a certain area, the defects might obstruct proper viewing of images on the display.

Install the latest BIOS and graphics drivers to eliminate any potential software display problems, Please click HERE

To update the graphics driver, go to the Find driver updates on the HP website section of the HP document HP PCs - Downloading or updating software and drivers.

You may also check this docuemtn for more troubleshooting steps , Click HERE

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

-Regards
