keyboard won't work on startup after shutdown

i have envy 17" laptop. just upgraded to windows 11. keyboard won't work on startup after shutdown.

Thank you for reaching out.

Check for any damage or liquid spillage.

If the laptop was shipped with a backlit keyboard, check if there are any LED lights appearing.
Also, check if a USB keyboard works.

Try to perform a power drain:
Power off PC, disconnect charger and other peripherals connected.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, once done, release the power button and connect charger and power ON PC and check the performance.
