Hello Community!
I am currently debating on upgrading my HP Envy 750-624 to a 1050 or 1660 vid card. Any suggestions on what will be required? Because I am not that savvy on hardware, I am just looking for suggestions to get a price for the items

It would be unkind to suggest any pricing in this volatile market. I suggest you google vendors after you have made your selection based on the actual need. Asking about a video card upgrade suggests you have a specific goal or level of performance. Otherwise your wasting time and monies.
What is your expectation ? A particular game and performance level. Caution - go higher than you need for now.
The GTX 1050 is rated at 75W , and could be used with the existing 300W PSU.
The GTX 1660 is rated at 120-125W, and much have a 450W-500W PSU with an 8 PIN PCIEx16 power plug.
