I spontaneously found that my computer would not connet to Wifi which it has also done. When i checked HP Support and device manager I found that i had no network adapter for Wifi.
I have attempted every single trouble shooter that Windows and HP support have advised. I have to have my Ethanet connection for internet which i have never done before.
I have now found I have no audio input/output ob my compuer drive. It advises that i need to install hardware/driver. When i search HP website for the driver installation needed it comes back with no search, I believe i set the computer up with a CD which i now do not have.
I have no airplane mode or wifi button on my keyboard.
I have reinstalled windows onto my computer.
I have attempted all troubleshoots that I have read.
Please can someone help, I have no idea where to go with this and I am not technical minded.
What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
