Product: Compaq Presario (HP) CQ5320F
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

This is regarding the attempted installation of magicJack onto the desktop.

I also have a laptop that has majicJack installed on it and it runs without any problems.

When i plug in the majicJack device, it starts to install but stops when it gets to the configuring stage. It says to please wait but nothing happens. I have contacted support at majicJack and they walked me through everything, including the latest update. But it will not install.

If anyone could help with the problem, I would appreciate it.

Please note: I have AVG Internet Security installed and I have entered the URL of majicJack into the exceptions but nothing changes.
