i order a wireless keyboard and mouse few months ago , but now keyboard in not working properly, so i want to claim warrenty of it . product has warrenty of 1 year
please solve my problem as soon as possible

We are just a Community Support forum staffed by part-time volunteers not affiliated with HP.


We have no access to HP Warranty functional areas and can not help you with regard to requests for warranty service or for equipment exchange under warranty terms.
