i want to get extra fans for my pc but i dont know what fans are compatible with my motherboard, my mother board model is 87C3.

there are also fan controllers that allow one fan connector to turn into 4 or more fan connectors

 

they vary in price/feature set with the lowend controllers only adding simple non adjustable fan headers that cannot be monitored/controlled which  is what most people need
