What mouse can I use with this PC that will connect to internal wireless reciever? Because my MH1GC mouse is broken now.

sorry impossible to find the right documents
the dongle is it seems internal, and no document to access it
I think the receiver cannot work with another mouse, not sure even finding the same model that it can work
the easiest way to troubleshoot will be to buy a mouse and connect it to a free usb port if possible

It will not work with a replacement.  @Prométhée is correct,  only a new mouse and keyboard combo set (with NEW dongle) will work. These are paired at the factory.
