Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This system has a Nutmeg-p board with a Intel Pentium J2900 (Bay Trail-D) Quad Core processor soldered down on the motherboard.  I am UNABLE to find any information about the dc voltage of the fan.  It has a 3 pin connector for the m/b and its size is rought 1 5/8 square by 1/2 high.

You need to measure the fan first in "mm".

  But your less an 2" is strange.  An 80mm is just over 3". 

It looks like an 80mm fan 3 pin.  CPU and case fans are 12vDC

The fan measures exactly 40mm x 40mm x 10mm.  It is attached with 4 screws to the heat sink.  I finally got a part number from the hp parts store of 646679-001. I have ordered it from Florida motherboard specilists and I am waiting to see what I get.
