Need to know where and what kind of a cpu fan will replace original in my hp pavillion desktop

The CPU fan is not sold separately, and is sold with the heatsink.

 

Heatsink - 95W, Kidd    HP part # 644724-001.

 

HP does not sell the part.

I see plenty of used fans sold apart from the heat sink on eBay or fan/heatsink combos.

Since the fan unscrews from the heatsink, there is no need to remove the heatsink to replace the fan.
