Your OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i (236B0AV) according to: https://support.hp.com/za-en/product/omen-desktop-pc-30l-gt13-0000i/33492325/model/2100381720/manual..., is likely fitted with the HP Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 10 GB.

 

To find out for sure, type dev in your Windows search bar, left click on: Device Manager (Control panel App), and you should see something like this:

Click on the: > sign immediately left of "Display adapters", and your GPU will show up.
