The product specs for the PC indicate that it does not come with an optical drive.

 

HP Desktop M01-F3008a PC Product Specifications | HP® Support

 

What you see is a bezel blank where the optional DVD drive would go.

 

If you look in Windows explorer (This PC), you will see a Local Disk but no DVD-RW drive
