Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i just recently installed a new graphics card into my hp pavillion and every time i boot up i get stuck at the splash screen

@ALEX113, welcome to the forum.

 

I believe that your problem may be the fact that your video card requires UEFI in the motherboard.  What is the make/model of the card.  A link to it would be very helpful.
