I sent my desktop in for a repair that was supposed to be under warranty and received an email saying it was not under warranty due to accidental damage. They included a photo that shows the inside of the machine. My IT guy looked at it and does not know what they are saying is damaged. I can't reach anyone to get more information. The only choices offered are approve a $400 repair or have the machine sent back as is.

I have clicked every "contact us" link I can find with no luck.

How do I find out what the heck they sent me a picture of?

Hi

Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience.

I don't think anyone in this forum can help. Substantiated, accidental damage to the system precludes warranty coverage unless you have additional accidental rider to the policy.
