hp 635

Hello.

 

I have a notebook hp 635. I changed the hard disk from HDD to SSD and i upgrade RAM from 2GB to 8GB.

I install windows 10 and everithing was ok until i shut down the computer.

After that when i try to open it black screen appears after hp logo.

Hepl please!!

Hi,

Try to boot from the media you used to install windows 10 and when you get to screen to install. Click on repair this PC.

Now in the next window that appears in advanced settings click on startup repair and see if it helps.

thanks for the advise but it didn't work. notebook boot only from bootable usb and when i try to boot from ssd i have the same problem.

Did you remember to change back the BOOT order in the BIOS to the SSD.

there isn't no option in my bios!

i download the last version of bios for my hp 635 which is bios F48!!

this is the newest version. Do you have some other solution??

Please go back into the BIOS, and click on the installed SSD.

I put ''notebook hard drive'' as first in boot order from the biggining...the same problem again...

BIOS dosen't ment ''SSD'' only "'notebook hard drive"....
