Product: omen-30l-desktop-pc-gt13-1000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Randomly my OMEN 30L will just power off. 

Trying to contact HP support is a joke. I suspect the power supply. PC is only a few month old and still under warranty (which is probably why I can't get a response from HP). 

Anyone else have this problem with the PC just turning off?

@ddtarwater --  still under warranty

 

Personally, I would keep trying, by contacting the closest regional HP office.
