wondering if i can upgrade my ssd for a larger one  like a 1tb or greater?

Thank you for the additional information, @djqbiz1!

 

According to the specifications, you should be able to upgrade to a 1TB SSD.  This is the available socket for the SSD: One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.
