pc new don't start

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a new pc and don't start, only light the power button.

I try to open a ticket on the hp support but on line they refuse because the product isn't supported.

I would like to speek with a person to solve this problem but there isn't phone number to call on Italy.

How can I have the service to repair my pc?

You can always return the item to the shop where it was bought.
