Product: HP 600B MICROTOWER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Pc recently failled to update bios. And now when i power it on it stay on for about 3seconds with blank screen then restarts randomly before reaching bios untill i turn it off by holding down power butto or unplug the charger. I tried removing all jumbers,Ram,processor and battery but still. Nothing works. What am i missing?

you most likely have a corupted bios, if the link below does not help, you may need to replace the bios chip on the motherboard (if possible) or replace the motherboard
