i believe this part 746177-001 references the optional 500 watt power supply that was a option in some HP Omen series computers

 

it's not a cheap unit, but due to it's non standard pinout it's the only real upgrade available if wanting to use a high powered graphics card

 

if HP partsurfer is out of stock check on google
