i am looking to upgrade the power supply , currently only have a 180w supply fitted but have upgraded ram and graphics card, any i have looked at dont have the cable required to power the cd drive within the pc can

@rockerphreak , welcome to the Community.

 

The motherboard has a standard 24-pin ATX power connector.  You can use any standard ATX power supply unit (PSU).  I recommend one with at least 500W.  This will give you extra power for upgrades or peak needs.  I don't know if you will find a PSU with the cable to power your CD drive.  Here is one that should work for you: https://www.newegg.com/corsair-cx-series-cx550m-550w/p/N82E16817139147

 

You should measure the space where it is to be installed and compare those measurements to the PSU in my link (5.91" x 3.39" x 5.51")
