i am looking to upgrade the power supply , currently only have a 180w supply fitted but have upgraded ram and graphics card, any i have looked at dont have the cable required to power the cd drive within the pc can

@rockerphreak , welcome to the Community.
The motherboard has a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You can use any standard ATX power supply unit (PSU). I recommend one with at least 500W. This will give you extra power for upgrades or peak needs. I don't know if you will find a PSU with the cable to power your CD drive. You should measure the space where it is to be installed and compare those measurements to the PSU in my link (5.91" x 3.39" x 5.51")
