Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a little problem with status leds on my HP tower.

The tower works perfectly and has no software problems but it's been a while since the status LEDs (the two standby LEDs and the LED that lights up the HP logo) don't light up.

I tried to turn them on separately with a battery and they light up so they are not burned; moreover, voltage reaches the pins of the computer board.

I can't understand what the problem might be, thanks in advance to anyone who will help me.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

It could be an issue with the case or led's,  this sounds like the case cables are not connected properly to the system board.

To fix this error, ship the unit in for a physical diagnosis, Contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options for your laptop. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
