So I got a kit of 2x8Gb ram that runs at 3200hz but when I installed it says it's clock at 2133hz how do I change/fix it so it is running at 3200hz and can I enable dual-channel. .

Hi@Chase_fleet, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
If the ram frequency is the same then it should work with the speed of 3200MHz. If it's lesser then it uses the lower frequency only. It can not run dual channel.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
