replacement battery

I have an HP laptop and the battery in it has a part number of 919681-421 (JC03).  I cannot find this battery on HP parts website.  When I search up my laptop, HP recommends using a part number of 919701-850.  This battery looks to have a higher voltage than the battery currently in my laptop.  I am concerned about buying a battery with a different voltage rating.  Is there another way to find a battery that has the same specs as my current battery.
