Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-0000i (3Y3Q7AV)

hi i want to purchase a replacement rubber hdd caddy which comes with the pc as i want to use another drive which i can pop in when i want to change between my 2 spare drives. I have looked and cannot find the part

Let's take a look.  You mentioned a "rubber hdd caddy" -does it look like this HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-0000i  hard drive tray (HP p/n: N03372-001 ("HARD DRIVE TRAY WITH SCREW,LAPRAS/UNICO"):

yes it does look like the one in your photo HP p/n: N03372-001 ("HARD DRIVE TRAY WITH SCREW,LAPRAS/UNICO"):, but mine is made of part plastic and rubber with grommit pins as verified on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVSveCM-Sds&t=314s

Btw, the picture provided by HP shows a different OEM P/N number: N05744-001, but again, no 'hits' online, unfortunately.

 

Frustrating indeed.  Please take a look at this possible substitute hard drive caddy: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=3.5%22+Tray+Caddy+for+HP+....

Yes, I understand -I identified the HP part number earlier, but this particular part number is not hitting anything.  Zip.

 

My intent of sharing the previous eBay search link was to show what I believe to be possible alternative aka substitute drive trays.
