if i found the other ports ( 4 black 3g) ...it will work with DVD ?

Red = 4x SATA II ports (3Gb/s) ....is it work if i connect it with DVD ????

I did  not see any red color but those can change depending on what was used in construction of the board

 

The table I listed earlier shows different scenarios.  

 

Scenario #1 shows DVD as being on ports  SATA-2 and SATA-3 and the hard drives on ports 0 and 1

Note that ports 4 and 5 were reserved for external eSata use. (Top & Bottom)

 

@Brian1965  circled the ports and the ones in red and the ones in yellow probably are good for DVD.

 

how many DVD's are you looking at using.?  If more then 2 you can use USB3 adapters that connect directly to cheap notebook type DVD.

i have only one DVD 
and two hard ( ssd+hdd) AHCI
i connected the two dards with the grey ports 0,1 -> colored in photo with yello

now i look for connect the DVD 
is it work if i connect it with  other ports 
hint ( the 4 ports white didn't work ) and i don't use Raid -> colored in photo with blue

is it work if i connect DVD with ports colored red11.PNG

The red ports are numbered 2,3,4,5

The yellow are numbered 0 and 1

 

Put the DVD on #2

Put the hard drive on #0
