Hi everyone, i noticed  a problem with my desktop computer,  i don't know if it hardware or a software  one .

the problem is some usb devices couldn't install it's own driver automatically when you plug them in,  for example : a usb receiver  and  a tablet drawing that i've bought from aliexpress, but the thing that makes me confused is that they are working perfectly in my  laptop "win7 64" , and the tablet worked in the first time when i plug in the desktop but after a minute it's stopped working!!.

notice:"in bios mode tablet turn light on, it turns off after windows welcome appears "

solutions i tried :

-update drive from device manager

-check all usb port enabled in bios

-downloaded intel management engine

-tried all usb port front and back ones
