I did not offer HP SA, because in general it offers the drivers available for the model, which can be found on the product page.
This model being original under windows vista, no driver for windows 10!

Do your USB devices work when connected to some other computer?

Do you have an active Internet connection? Windows should automatically download the device-drivers.

from original windows vista!
still the case, you changed the system the problem appeared at this time, later?
You normally have 2 usb in front and at least four in the back, they are all out of order?

Front I/O ports

  • USB: 2

12 USB 2.0 ports 1, 2, 3, and 4
When you connect a usb device, is it detected or not at all?
what do you see in the device manager, drivers in error?

The problem appeared about a week before the PS update to win 10. I hoped win 10 would fix it. Not the case. True none of the USB ports work. The device manager states.   Unknown device with this symbol.    ! In a yellow triangle.

try this

Trouver les drivers et pilotes en téléchargement, mise à jour PC

see if it finds anything with the scan

Microsoft has stated that not all computers originally shipped with Windows Vista have been tested with Windows 10.

But, did your problems occur _before_ trying to install Windows 10? If so, then it is possible that the USB circuits on the motherboard have failed, due to "old age" (Microsoft's support for Vista ended in 2014 -- a long time ago!)

Can you try running the HP Support Assistant, to see if it can find any device-drivers?
