hello! I trying to find out if im able to add a thunderbolt 3 port to this pc- want a new audio interface and then one i want requires thunderbolt. not a mac fan!

Unfortunately there are no PCIe X16,x4 or x1 slots available to put adapter card into. The single PCIe x16 slot holds the video card already.

The upgrades you are asking for in your specific PC  are not viable.
