I have a HP all in one 24-dd0017c and I would like to upgrade the HD to a M.2.  I'm looking at a Crucial p3 Plus 500GB PCIe Gen4 3DNAND NVME m.2 SSD  CT500P3PSSD8.  Is this compatible?

Either one should work, but since your PCs M.2 SSD slot is only PCIe Gen 3.0, a Gen 4.0 SSD will not run at its maximum advertised read/write speeds.
