it shows that your computer may have a M.2 SSD device, and/or a "spinning" disk-drive. Which do you have?

If you do not have a SSD device, installing one, and loading Windows onto it, will increase the computer's performance.

It also shows that your computer has DDR4 RAM, which is the fastest available, although there are different speeds for DDR4 RAM. See: https://www.crucial.com/support/memory-speeds-compatability

Are you using the fastest DDR4 RAM that your motherboard supports?

Your Intel processor: Intel® Core™ i5-6400 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.30 GHz) Product Specifications

has 4 cores, each at 2.7 Ghz, with "turbo" boost to 3.3 Ghz.

Is your computer-game using all 4 cores?

When running the computer-game, open the Windows Task Manager, and select the Performance tab.

How much RAM does your computer have, and how much is being used?

If the "used" amount is over 60% of the installed, consider "doubling" the size of the RAM.
