@rich324 , welcome to the Community.

The best place to begin when you want to upgrade the video card is the system requirements for the games that you play.  Here is a website that I recommend for that purpose: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

Once you have this information you can decide if you want to meet the "Minimum" or "Recommended" specifications of the games.  Of course, I like my games to run smooth and quick.  So, I always go for the Recommended" specifications!

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when upgrading the video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981

There are three main things to consider: 1) the length of the card.  The article explains how to measure the space to assure there is good airflow. 2) the wattage required to run the card properly. and 3) does the card require any 1x6-pin, 1x8-pin or both PCIe power connectors.

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  The current PSU is only 180W.  This is not near enough wattage to run any of the newer video cards.  HP sells a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that is compatible with your motherboard.  You can order it on HP PartSurfer by clicking on the box next to "Add to Cart": https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L05757-800

Once you consider all of this information, if you still want to upgrade the video card, let me know which games that you play.  I will be glad to recommend a card that will meet your needs.

You are welcome, @rich324!

Here are the specifications for the two games you listed:

Anthem: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/anthem/16140

Titanfall 2: https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/titanfall-2/13171

The GTX 1060 6 GB will be a very good video card for the games.  However, I will warn you ahead of time that any card you buy will be well over-priced.  The chip shortage has driven prices out of sight.  If you decide not to buy the 1060, it will give you an idea of what will work.  Just make certain that you use the article that I provided as a guide.

I bought a MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio two years ago for $849.  I just priced it and it is selling for $1,720 on Newegg.
