The series HP All-in-One PC 22-dd0000a (7WY46AV)  has few models/products

              https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/product-specs/hp-all-in-one-pc-22-dd0000a/model/38255860

But they use SAME MonkD motherboard.

           https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06543675

which shows

Memory upgrade information

  • Dual channel memory architecture
  • Two DDR4 SODIMM (260-pin) sockets
  • Supports up to PC4-19200 (DDR4-2400)
  • Supports 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8 GB DDR4 SODIMMs
  • Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
    note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.
  • Supports up to 16 GB (unbuffered) with two 8 GB DIMMs on 64-bit systems

That mean you can add 8GB more to your machine.  Your machine now can have (a) 2x4GB or (b) 1x8GB

STORAGE:  Yes you can upgrade to 1TB or 2TB using M.2 NVMe SSD such as Samsung 970 EVO Plus

Regards.
