According to this information the card requires 650W and 1x PCIe 8-pin Supplementary power adapter (adapter to 1x 12-pin included). Now, each manufacturer may have their own specifications. You should check before giving up on the card.
I suggest that you choose a manufacturer and contact their Tech Support for help with choosing the best card for your system.
