not offended at all. Just got frustrated a little. Always appreciate when someone takes the time to answer. I've gotten a lot of computer insight from these threads.

You are very welcome, @Eyelan!  I truly understand your frustration.  This is why I spend so much time in the Community helping others.  I have had more than my share of frustrating moments with computers in the 30+ years I have using and working on them.
