I would like to know how to install a graphics card into my HP Pavilion 590-p0050 and how to set it from integrated graphics to the graphics card

While @wb2001 is correct about video cards autodetecting, if for some reason, yours does not, then I recommend the following:

1) Reconnect the video cable to the built-in video jack on the back of the PC

2) Reboot the PC -- should have video now

3) Go into the BIOS settings -- pressing F10 repeatedly while you reboot

4) Look in the settings for video selection -- should list both the build-in graphics and the video card -- and choose the video card, save and shut down

5) Reconnect the cable to video card and reboot the PC -- should have video again.

GPU cards auto detect.  HP utilizes a proprietary designed PSU.
